Method
-             Make espresso as normal, and add to a glass (add ice if desired). Add cream slowly to the espresso (this is to maintain the layers of the drink).
 -             For the pumpkin cream, warm pumpkin puree and whole milk in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, then froth.
 -             Layer pumpkin foam over the cream and sprinkle with spices. Enjoy!
